Mr. Skinkle has served in the ministry of His Tabernacle since 2003. He currently acts as the lead ministry supervisor of the Security & Grounds department where he oversees the daily operations of safety and security, as well as building and grounds issues. He serves in the ministry with his beautiful wife Jamee, and in his spare time enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
