The Seven Teams of the Assimilation Ministry
1. Guest Host Team Our guest hosts are responsible for welcoming all new guests in a comfortable and helpful manner. They usher each guest of His Tabernacle family church to our HUB. Leader: Julia Redner
2. The Hub Team The HUB team is the nucleus of the assimilation program. It is the HUB's responsibility to ensure that all information is clearly and expediently provided to all guests and members of the church.
3. Greeters We have an amazing team of greaters that are always enthusiastic and welcoming. Leader: Betty Combs
4. Attendance Team and Care Groups This ministry ensures that we are serving our guests and members effectively. When a member is missing or sick we usually know. This team is alerts Minister Palko of any missing members so that we can make sure that they are healthy and well served whatever their need may be. Leader: Natalie Nordin
5. Connection Team This group of people compiles all attendance and connection card information, notifies ministry leaders church wide of members that are interested in their ministry, and ensures that all leaders and members are connected in many facets. Leader: Kay Hampton
6. Gift Giving They ensure that all guests are greeted with a welcome bag. Leader: Erika Benson
7. Salvation Connection Team This team calls any guests or members that make a commitment to serve the Lord. They provide the newly saved with opportunities to ask questions, learn about opportunities for growth in their relationship with God, and how to get involved in a connection or ministry group with in the church. Leader: Vickie Hollenbeck
