Six Souls Saved!

The Easter Service was OUTSTANDING!

The building was full of people worshipping the RISEN Jesus.  We had many visitors and praise the Lord 6 people gave their hearts to the Savior.  God is so good.  That means in the last two weeks 9 souls have been snatched from Lucifer’s clutches and placed in the hands of the loving Father.

That should get you SHOUTING!

WENY was here for the whole service and created a piece on us Monday night on the 6 o’clock news.  Here is the link:

http://www.weny.com/News-Local.asp?ARTICLE3864=7828346

It was a very well done piece and we want to thank WENY for blessing us.

The Arts department kicked it up on Sunday.

Kayla – who is in charge of the dance ministry produced with her team a message of taking back what the devil has stolen.  Satan does not have that right and the dance was showing how to combat Lucifer and take that authority in Jesus name.

Kristen – she is leading the drama ministry at His Tab and put together a breath taking presentation for the Carman song, “Champion”.  The SWAT team built a boxing ring and the fight was on!

The fight scene went into slow motion and wow, it made it even more real.

I preached on Jesus resurrection for things in your life that have been dead.

Evangelist Ted Shuttlesworth  (www.tedshuttlesworth.com) will be with us April 13th for both services.  Brother Ted flows in the miracles and healing.  You do not want to miss that day.  We will have a ribbon cutting service that morning at 9 am and then head right into the anointing that sets the captives free.

CONSISTENCY IS EVERYTHING.

See you Sunday.  Come expecting Jesus to change your life.

Easter is HERE!

Can you believe it!!  EASTER ALREADY

This year is running fast and the great news is that Jesus might be coming this year to take us home.  I love that truth, but with that truth is the truth, that we have tons of work to do before He cracks the eastern sky.

We want to give Jesus all the glory.  Last Sunday 3 people gave their hearts to Christ and people rededicated themselves to the relationship and walk with the living Messiah.

This Sunday is Easter.  It is strange when it is in March, it just feels weird.

This Sunday is going to be POW!

The music and arts department have a great presentation of the resurrection of Jesus.  It is a human video that will grip you and stir the heart to praise the One who rose from the dead.  The dance ministry also has a kicking dance that will impact you and your loved ones.  Pastor Spencer will be preaching this Easter too.  The message will prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Jesus rose from the dead.  This is a message to bring your unsaved friends too, and those who have given up on church, but love God.  It will challenge and encourage them to run the race to win.

IF YOU INVITE PEOPLE THEY WILL COME, THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY.

This Sunday WENY (ABC) will be with us doing a story for our ten years serving the community and the Star-Gazette called and had us impart our thoughts for an article.  We also have been showing 2 commercials this week on ABC.

Joh 11:25      Jesus then said, "I am the one who raises the dead to life! Everyone who has faith in me will live, even if they die. CEV

Jesus is the RESURRECTION and the LIFE.  This is not just to raise people from the dead, but to resurrect dead things in your life.  Your relationship with Jesus, your husband or wife, your children, your healing…… the list goes on and on.  Where do you need Jesus to bring the power to resurrect and to bring LIFE?  Come this Sunday expecting that miraculous outpouring of Christ’s anointing to bring that LIFE, that no man can bring.

RESURRECTION OFFERING: We want to challenge you to bring a supernatural offering to give to Jesus this season.  Seed for your harvest, that you will have more than enough, so you can give more to others.  Many have been sowing and tithing off their tax returns, do not eat your seed.  You can give and seed online at: http://www.histabernacle.com/finance/offerings.htm

CONSISTENCY IS EVERYTHING.

PASTOR RHONDA PREACHED!

I made it back from Bike Week in Daytona.  It was a good vacation and refreshing, and I had some fun.

Sunday was rich in the Word of God.  Pastor Rhonda preached about sowing.  Not sowing money, but about everything we do is about sowing.  What you sow you shall reap.  If you are looking for different results in your life, you must sow different seed.  Everyone wants to enjoy the harvest, but if nobody plants, there will be NO harvest.  What seeds have you planted today?  Are they going to produce a harvest that you are looking to fashion?  It was a very good Word from the Lord for the House of God.

This weekend we have Minister James Scott coming with his bride to candidate for the Music and Arts position at His Tab.  You are going to want to come and meet the man of God and experience the flow in the anointing.  He will be leading the morning worship for this coming Sunday.

One of the unique things of HT is that we have sooooooo many people that miss on a given Sunday.  Most cycle through within the month, but we are starting to pray for you to become more CONSISTENT.  If you don’t mind me being a bit forthright as your spiritual dad, if many of us missed work or prioritized our work like God, you would be fired.  I know that to many, church is just church, but it is not just church, it is a time to come and be refreshed and get filled with the Word of God that feeds your spirit.  Sometimes we need a spanking to realign us when our priorities are out of line.  There is nothing more important than our God and His Kingdom.  Please realign your priorities and make God’s House a PRIORITY.  This world is counting on you for eternity.

As Pastor Rhonda was preaching about sowing, we have some sowing from their tax returns.  We would encourage you to not eat all your seed.  If you believe in the vision of HT, sow your seed into the vision and direction of the purposes of God.

2Co 9:6  Remember this saying, "A few seeds make a small harvest, but a lot of seeds make a big harvest." 2Co 9:7  Each of you must make up your own mind about how much to give. But don't feel sorry that you must give and don't feel that you are forced to give. God loves people who love to give. 2Co 9:8  God can bless you with everything you need, and you will always have more than enough to do all kinds of good things for others. 2Co 9:9  The Scriptures say, "God freely gives his gifts to the poor, and always does right." 2Co 9:10  God gives seed to farmers and provides everyone with food. He will increase what you have, so that you can give even more to those in need. 2Co 9:11  You will be blessed in every way, and you will be able to keep on being generous. Then many people will thank God when we deliver your gift.

Sow with understanding and sow with purpose!  Let’s fill this house with more than enough in every area from love, mercy, grace and finances.  Ask the Holy Spirit what He would have you sow into this House.

Easter is just 2 weeks away!!!!  Invite all your friends and family.  This is the time and season to bring in a harvest since many will only go on Christmas and Easter.  The Drama and Arts department have a powerful presentation, and Pastor will be preaching a supernatural message from heaven.

Evangelist Ted Shuttlesworth will be with us for the dedication service of our new building on April 13th.  He will be preaching both Sunday morning and evening.  Invite all those who need a miracle!

WOW is all that can be spoken

The 10 year Anniversary weekend was “POW”, nothing short of amazing.

The Banquet was magnificent.  Those who put that together were artists for sure.  I had heard some complain about the price until they participated with the EXPERIENCE.  Pastor Steve Edlin was the keynote and he brought it.  I saw people in ways I had never seen before,,,, suits, dresses, gowns, tuxes, the “WOW” factor was there.

Bishop Jackson was very prophetic on Sunday morning.  He prayed for the sick and preached down heaven.

Sunday night was just a rip.  Mark and Amy hosted and brought the house down with laughter.  Then came the food, is there really anything that could be said about the food besides, “WOW”.

Sorry there just are not that many words to really be able to explain the EXPERIENCE.

There are anniversary engraved glasses available and new HT clothing at the product table in the foyer.

Here is the link for the newspaper article from the Star Gazette.

http://www.stargazette.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20080211/NEWS01/802110321/1001/NEWS

Sadly, no other media WENY or WETM felt that we were news worthy.  Quite disappointing to see that a community based church who makes a difference cannot even receive coverage on the 10th anniversary.  Kind of makes you wonder doesn’t it.

CONSISTENCY IS EVERTHING.

See you Sunday and throughout the week.
